Liberty Mutual Insurance has appointed Dr. Harpreet Kaur Sandhu as Deputy Vice President. In this role, she will lead Project Management Office (PMO) practices focused on Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement across the company’s GRS Capability Center Operations.

Dr. Harpreet brings nearly two decades of experience spanning healthcare operations, program delivery, and client management. Prior to joining Liberty Mutual Insurance, she served as Associate Vice President at IKS Health, where she led the Implementations team and managed large-scale provider onboarding initiatives while working closely with client success and operations teams across global markets.

Earlier in her career, she spent several years with EXL, holding leadership roles including Senior Manager – Medical Claims Management and Healthcare Account Manager. During her tenure, she drove global delivery operations, client engagement, compliance initiatives, and workforce management across healthcare and insurance processes.
