Satyajeet brings extensive experience in HR leadership and hospital operations, with expertise spanning workforce management, recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance and strategic HR business partnering.
Before joining Apollo Hospitals, he held a strategic HR business partner role at Padmini Care. Earlier, he served as Head of Human Resources at Hi-Tech Medical College & Hospital and Head of Human Resources Operations at Bhagwan Mahavir Medica Superspeciality Hospital in Ranchi.
His career also includes HR leadership and operations roles at HCG Hospitals, Narendra Mohan Hospital, Techmed Healthcare and Hemalata Hospitals & Research Centre. Across these organisations, he managed HR functions in multispeciality and superspeciality healthcare settings, supporting workforce operations and organisational effectiveness.
