Brooke Global’s 40-member team will join the CRMIT Australia group company, while retaining its existing brand, leadership and identity.
The partnership combines Brooke Global’s expertise in business process transformation, service redesign and public sector advisory with CRMIT’s capabilities in Salesforce, customer experience, Decision Intelligence and Agentic AI.
CRMIT, which has delivered more than 5,000 projects globally, will leverage its Bengaluru headquarters and India-based technology teams to support engineering, AI innovation and delivery for the combined business.

The acquisition aims to help government agencies and regulated enterprises modernise services, strengthen governance and adopt AI responsibly across Australia and international markets.
