Mastech Digital has appointed Sandhya Ramesh as its new Chief People Officer, marking a significant step in the company’s leadership transformation. With over two decades of HR leadership experience across leading global technology organizations, Sandhya brings strong expertise in strategic workforce development, organizational transformation, and building people-centric cultures.

Before joining Mastech Digital, Sandhya served as Senior Director – HR at Aptiv, where she played a key role in strengthening people practices and enhancing talent effectiveness. Prior to that, she held a high-impact role at Walmart Global Tech India, leading large-scale HR initiatives focused on workforce agility, leadership capability, and employee engagement.

Her career also includes influential stints at Cognizant, HCLTech, and Polaris Software Labs. During her eight-year tenure at Cognizant, she led HR for a major business unit, driving organizational excellence and scalable talent strategies.

In her new role, Sandhya Ramesh will spearhead global people strategy, leadership development, talent transformation, and culture initiatives, further strengthening Mastech Digital’s position as a preferred destination for digital and technology talent.
