Dr. B. Aparna Reddy has joined Sai Life Sciences as Associate Vice President – Human Resources, bringing extensive expertise in HR leadership, organizational transformation, talent strategy, and employee engagement.

With a distinguished career spanning the life sciences, pharmaceutical, and technology sectors, Dr. Aparna Reddy has held key leadership roles across several reputed organizations. Prior to this appointment, she served as HR Head – South Asia at dsm-firmenich. She was also previously associated with Sai Life Sciences as Human Resources Director, where she played a pivotal role in employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, business continuity, and HR operations.

Her professional journey further includes leadership positions at LAXAI Life Sciences, GVK Biosciences, TMI Network, Sify Technologies, Lanco, and Sankhya Infotech. At Sai Life Sciences, she is expected to strengthen organizational capability and drive people-centric transformation initiatives supporting the company’s global growth strategy.
