OSBIndia Private Limited (OSBI), the Group Capability Centre supporting OneSavings Bank Group, has announced the appointment of Anil Kumar Pillai as Technology Director in Bengaluru, India.

In his new role, Anil will lead OSB India’s technology organisation and become part of the Group CIO’s Senior Leadership Team. He will focus on driving innovation, scalability, enterprise transformation, and technology modernization initiatives across the Group.

Anil brings nearly three decades of leadership experience in banking and financial services, with deep expertise in building and transforming Global Capability Centres (GCCs). Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Wells Fargo, and ANZ, leading large-scale initiatives in cloud adoption, automation, modernization, and digital transformation.

Commenting on the appointment, Clive VanBuerle, Country Head, OSB India, said Anil’s leadership marks a significant milestone in strengthening OSB India’s role as a strategic technology partner for the Group’s long-term growth and innovation agenda.
