Rudraksha Nadkarni has taken on a new role as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at The Goa Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd., bringing more than 14 years of experience across technology leadership, IT operations, cybersecurity governance and digital transformation.
In his new role, Rudraksha will focus on information security management, IT security policies, risk management and strengthening the organisation’s cybersecurity framework.
Before joining The Goa Urban Co-operative Bank, Rudraksha served as Head – IT (Assistant Manager) at Rosenberger Interconnect India, where he managed IT operations across multiple locations and supported complex technology environments.
His earlier experience includes roles as Technical Project Manager at Remote Software Solutions and Assistant Manager – WiFi Planning at Jio, where he spent more than seven years.
His expertise spans IT strategy, cybersecurity, NIST and ISO frameworks, SAP S/4HANA, cloud strategy, enterprise architecture, network security, business continuity and digital infrastructure.
