Procter & Gamble has elevated Rohini Laya Venkateswaran to Chief Executive Officer of its Korea business. In her new role, she will draw on her experience across commercial strategy, sales, marketing and e-commerce to support business growth, strengthen brand performance and expand market opportunities.
Rohini brings extensive experience in sales leadership, modern retail, channel development, distribution and P&L management. Her career spans Procter & Gamble and Gillette India, where she has worked across sales strategy, trade marketing, customer partnerships, consumer insights and cross-functional business leadership.
Her professional journey also includes experience across India, the Gulf and international markets, giving her a broad understanding of diverse consumer environments and business strategies.
With expertise spanning commercial operations and international market expansion, Rohini’s elevation reflects the importance of strong local leadership in driving growth and building consumer-focused businesses.
