Lloyds Technology Centre India has appointed Ritesh Jha as Head of Talent Acquisition, bringing with him over two decades of leadership experience across global talent management and HR functions. In his new role, Ritesh will drive strategic hiring initiatives, workforce planning, and leadership recruitment to support the company’s expanding technology and innovation goals in India.

Prior to joining Lloyds, Ritesh served as Senior Vice President – Tech Recruiting Asia at Citi India, where he led strategic hiring, automation, location strategy, and centre of excellence development across the region. His career also includes leadership roles at FIS, where he served as TA Head for India and the Philippines and Global TA Head for the BPO business, and at Allegis Global Solutions, where he led large-scale hiring programs and talent transformation initiatives.

Ritesh has also contributed to leading organizations such as Info Edge, GE, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan Chase, Sun Life Financial, and Infosys.
