IIFL Home Finance has announced the appointment of Mr. Girish Kousgi as its new Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO), marking a significant leadership milestone for the company. With nearly three decades of experience in the banking and financial services industry, Mr. Kousgi is known for his proven expertise in business growth, retail lending, and strategic leadership.

Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for developing profitable retail lending franchises, managing large teams, and leading initiatives across asset and liability management, mortgages, SME and Agri financing, and a range of financial products.

Before joining IIFL Home Finance, Mr. Kousgi held key leadership roles at PNB Housing Finance Limited and Can Fin Homes Limited, where he played pivotal roles in scaling operations and driving sustained growth.
