Amol Suneja has been elevated to Head – Service Network Management at Reliance Retail in Navi Mumbai, taking on expanded responsibility for overseeing the planning, governance, and operational performance of the company’s service network under its resQ platform.
In this role, Suneja will focus on strengthening service delivery, optimizing network efficiency, and enhancing customer service operations across the organization’s growing retail ecosystem.
Prior to this elevation, he served as Head of Customer Service and earlier as National Service Manager at Reliance Retail, where he played a key role in strengthening service infrastructure, customer experience frameworks, and operational processes.
Earlier in his career, Suneja held leadership roles at Okaya Power Group and spent more than a decade with Luminous Power Technologies as General Manager – Operations. During this period, he developed deep expertise in service operations, after-sales management, and large-scale network coordination.
His elevation reflects Reliance Retail’s continued focus on strengthening service capabilities and operational excellence across its nationwide retail service network.
