Ravish Malhotra has been appointed Director – Talent Acquisition at Table Space, where he will lead hiring strategy and strengthen scalable recruitment capabilities as the enterprise workspace provider expands across India.

He will focus on building strong talent pipelines, improving hiring governance, and aligning workforce planning with business growth. Ravish brings exemplary experience in talent acquisition leadership. Most recently, he served as Director – Talent Acquisition at Rapido, leading hiring strategy and workforce planning while enhancing employer branding and recruitment efficiency.

Earlier, he held roles at Alliance Data Card Services, EY, Absolutdata Analytics (an Infogain company), and WNS in association with Korn Ferry International.
