Natasha Chander has joined Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS) as Regional HR Head – Mumbai and Business HR Lead – Pan India Corporate Functions. She will lead the people strategy for the Mumbai region while partnering with corporate leadership across India to strengthen HR business partnering, talent development, and employee engagement.

Previously, she served as Deputy Vice President – Human Resources at IIFL Finance, leading workforce experience across talent acquisition, talent management, and employer branding. Earlier, she held HR leadership roles at Kotak Mahindra Bank, Sterling and Wilson (Shapoorji Pallonji Group), and Tata Consultancy Services.
