Visionary Leader Rati Choundawar has been promoted to Vice President – Human Resources at Posiview Digital Technologies, reinforcing the organisation’s commitment to strengthening its people strategy and organisational capability. In this role, she will lead enterprise-wide HR initiatives, focusing on talent development, workforce planning, and building a high-performance culture.

Rati has been instrumental in driving key people initiatives since joining Posiview as Head of Human Resources. Her work has spanned learning and development, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, and rewards frameworks, contributing significantly to both employee growth and business outcomes.

Prior to Posiview, she held HR leadership roles at MoneySpring and Param Business Solutions, and earlier worked with Zoucal and Dharti Filtration System, building expertise across talent acquisition and HR operations.
