Mayank Pagaria has been elevated to Director of Channel Sales – India & Southeast Asia at B&R Industrial Automation, effective March 2026. Based in Ahmedabad, he will lead the company’s indirect sales strategy and partner ecosystem across key regional markets, focusing on expanding distribution networks and driving strategic growth initiatives.

Mayank brings over 23 years of experience in automation sales anregionald engineering. During his nearly decade-long tenure at B&R, he has held key leadership roles, most recently serving as Sales Director for Gujarat, where he played a critical role in strengthening regional market presence and customer engagement.

Prior to joining B&R, he spent a decade at Schneider Electric, leading automation and drives business across Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh. Beginning his career as a Service Engineer, he has developed deep expertise in indirect sales models, industrial ecosystems, and expansion strategies.
