Ranjeeta Bhat has been appointed Vice President – Corporate Human Resources at Premier Energies Limited, where she will lead the enterprise-wide people strategy and organizational transformation agenda for the renewable energy major. In this role, she is responsible for strengthening leadership capability, driving workforce effectiveness, and aligning human capital initiatives with the company’s growth ambitions.

Prior to joining Premier Energies, Ranjeeta spent four impactful years as Associate Director – Human Resources at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where she played a pivotal role in the flagship Destination Dr. Reddy’s hiring program and delivered a 70% improvement in retention across critical talent segments through innovative development and well-being initiatives, including W.O.W – Womb to the World.

Ranjeeta has held key leadership roles at Radiant Corporation, Runcode Software Solutions, Bank of America, 3i Infotech Ltd., and GreatFour Systems Inc. Recognized early in her career as the Youngest Head of HR South, Ranjeeta brings deep expertise in talent lifecycle management, post-merger integration, and employer branding to Premier Energies’ human capital strategy.
