Ramraj Cotton has announced the appointment of Ramasubramaniam R as Group Chief Information & Technology Officer (CITO) and Senior Vice President, strengthening its leadership as the company accelerates its digital and technology-led growth journey. In this strategic role, he will spearhead the group’s end-to-end IT and digital transformation agenda, including IT strategy, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, data platforms, and technology-driven innovation to enable scalable growth and operational excellence.

Ramasubramaniam brings over three decades of extensive experience across manufacturing, retail, and consumer-focused organisations. He is widely recognised for his expertise in large-scale IT transformation programs, SAP implementations, process automation, and delivering complex enterprise projects with strong business alignment.

Prior to joining Ramraj Cotton, he held senior technology leadership roles at TTK Prestige Ltd, where he drove key digital initiatives. Earlier, he spent more than 20 years at Titan Company Limited, playing a critical role in business transformation, operational efficiency, and technology-enabled modernization across multiple functions.

His appointment underscores Ramraj Cotton’s focus on leveraging technology as a core driver of competitiveness, agility, and long-term value creation.
