Visionary Leader Rajesh Kumar R has joined Wipro as Senior Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer (Designate), bringing extensive experience in enterprise technology, digital transformation and product engineering.
Before joining Wipro, Rajesh served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at LTIMindtree for nearly four years. During his tenure, he led enterprise-wide technology and digital initiatives, contributing to the organisation’s technology strategy and transformation priorities. He also spent over six years at Mindtree, including serving as Vice President of the Products Engineering Group.
In his new role, Rajesh will work closely with the team to ensure a smooth leadership transition. He has expressed appreciation for the thoughtful handover and the warm welcome he has received from colleagues.
Reflecting on his initial weeks at Wipro, Rajesh highlighted the organisation’s talented workforce, scale, collaborative teams and rich culture. He looks forward to learning, building on the existing foundation and contributing to Wipro’s next phase of technology transformation.
