Industry Veteran Dharmendra Bhalani has taken on the role of Chief People Officer for the PVC Business at Adani Group, strengthening the company’s human resources leadership for its emerging business vertical.
Bhalani brings over 25 years of exemplary experience across oil and gas, energy, petrochemicals, EPC and engineering, spanning corporate and plant-level human resources management.
He has been associated with Adani Group for over five years, previously serving as Associate Vice President (HR) and Lead for Talent Management, Learning and Development, Technology and Governance. Earlier, he served as Site Head of Human Resources for the Petrochemical Business at Mundra, where he established HR and administration capabilities from the ground up.
In his new role, Bhalani will oversee workforce planning, organisational design, talent strategy, leadership development, workplace culture and HR technology for the PVC Business.
His experience includes building HR infrastructure for greenfield projects, scaling workforces and strengthening organisational capabilities in capital-intensive industries.
His appointment supports Adani Group’s focus on building leadership and workforce capabilities as its PVC business develops.
