Raja Ukil has stepped into a new leadership role as Senior Vice President – Head of APJ Sales and Global Head of Alliances at ColorTokens Inc., marking another milestone in his distinguished three-decade career. A seasoned technologist and strategist, Raja will now spearhead enterprise business growth across APJ while strengthening global strategic alliances for the California-based cybersecurity company.

Raja has been a key pillar at ColorTokens for over five years, previously serving as Chief Customer Success Officer and Global Head of Strategic Alliances, and earlier as International Business Head. Before joining ColorTokens, Raja led Wipro’s $0.5B global cybersecurity business, delivering 20%+ year-on-year growth. He also served as Wipro’s Global CIO and Process Transformation Leader, driving large-scale digital transformation and employee experience modernization for a 180,000+ workforce.

His career spans leadership roles at PwC, ABB, Nicco Corporation, PowerMax India, and GEC of India, covering manufacturing, consulting, ERP, IT operations, cloud transformation, and cybersecurity. A four-time CIO 100 Hall of Fame winner and a global CIO 100 honoree (2016), Raja is widely recognized as an industry thought leader and keynote speaker.
