Rainbow Children’s Hospitals has appointed Dr. Neeraj Dhabhai as Senior Vice President – Supply Chain & Special Projects, expanding his leadership mandate across supply chain, procurement and strategic initiatives.Dr. Neeraj brings more than two decades of experience across healthcare supply chain, procurement, commercial operations, digital transformation and hospital infrastructure. He has been with Rainbow Children’s Hospitals since 2020 and most recently served as Vice President – Commercial.
In his expanded role, Dr. Neeraj will additionally oversee initiatives including Rainbow Shield, the organisation’s loyalty and privilege programme; AVON (Adult Vaccination Outreach Network); and Butterfly Essentials, its retail and e-commerce business focused on mother-and-child products.
During his tenure at Rainbow, he has led medical equipment procurement, strategic negotiations, vendor partnerships, inventory and logistics optimisation, and digital transformation of supply chain systems. He has also driven the launch of new business initiatives and operational improvement programmes. Earlier, Dr. Neeraj held supply chain and pharmacy leadership roles at Parkway Pantai, Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, Hinduja Hospital and Fortis Healthcare.
