IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) has appointed Sudeep Anurag as Director – HR Analytics and Transformation, based in Gurugram. Sudeep brings more than a decade of experience across human capital transformation, HR analytics, AI, workforce strategy and data-driven organisational transformation. Before joining IndiGo, he spent four years at Deloitte, most recently as Associate Director, where he led Human Capital transformation and growth initiatives spanning AI/GenAI in HR, People Analytics, workforce planning, HR data strategy and operating-model transformation.
Earlier, Sudeep was part of Bain & Company’s Global People Analytics team, working across employee engagement, workforce analytics, surveys and reporting, DEI and attrition analytics. He also spent over three years at Aon Hewitt, focusing on employee engagement, leadership development, assessments, HR dashboards and advanced analytics, following an early career in analytics at Cognizant. At IndiGo, Sudeep will focus on HR analytics and transformation as the airline continues to strengthen data-driven people practices and organisational capabilities.
