Radhika Arora has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at DCM Shriram Chemicals, bringing over two decades of experience across human resources, talent management, organisational development and people strategy. Before joining DCM Shriram Chemicals, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Isgec Heavy Engineering Ltd., following leadership roles at Jakson Group, where she held positions including Group Chief People Officer and Group CHRO.
She has also spent seven years with Sony India as Head – Talent Acquisition, OD & Learning, leading corporate-level initiatives across talent acquisition, organisational development, employee engagement and learning and development. Earlier in her career, she spent more than eight years with Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, contributing to HR, organisational development, recruitment and performance-management initiatives. In her new role at DCM Shriram Chemicals, she will bring her extensive expertise in HR leadership, talent strategy and organisational transformation to support the company’s people agenda.
