QBurst has appointed Sriram Gopalakrishnan as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO), further strengthening its leadership team as it scales its global digital and technology services portfolio. In this role, he will oversee global operations, delivery excellence, and strategic execution, focusing on operational scalability, client delivery enhancement, and efficiency-led growth.

Prior to joining QBurst, Gopalakrishnan served as President and Head of Digital Delivery at Mindsprint, leading complex digital transformation initiatives. Earlier, he was Vice President – Manufacturing at Atos and spent over 14 years at Cognizant in senior roles including Assistant Vice President, Senior Director and Delivery Head for the Nordics region, serving manufacturing, logistics, energy, and utilities clients. He began his career at Tata Consultancy Services, where he spent a decade in consulting and program management.

With deep expertise in global delivery and enterprise operations, his appointment is expected to accelerate QBurst’s growth journey.
