Founded by Manish Mimani and Mohanraj Selvaraj, Protectt.ai provides mobile application security and cybersecurity solutions to banks, insurers, fintech companies and government platforms. AIShield, founded by Shiv Kumar and Amit Phadke, specialises in protecting machine learning models, generative AI applications and AI supply chains.
The combined business aims to expand AI security offerings across AI-powered security, protection of AI systems and sovereign AI security. AIShield’s capabilities include AI security assessments, red teaming, runtime protection and safety guardrails.
AIShield also plans to expand its workforce to 50-60 employees by March 2027, supporting research, engineering and international growth.
