ProHance Appoints Gaurav Bembey as Global Head of Account Management

ProHance has appointed Visionary Leader Gaurav Bembey as Vice President and Global Head of Account Management, strengthening its leadership team as the AI-led productivity platform expands its global enterprise presence.

With 22 years of exemplary experience across SaaS, e-commerce, BFSI and global operations, Gaurav has held senior leadership roles at companies including Birdeye, Adobe and Tata Consultancy Services. In his new role, he will lead ProHance’s global Account Management function, focusing on customer relationships, account growth, retention and expansion.

Gaurav will work closely with sales and customer teams to develop account-specific strategies and help enterprises translate productivity insights into measurable business outcomes across employees, contingent workers and AI agents.

His experience in building scalable customer engagement models and proactive account management approaches is expected to strengthen ProHance’s customer relationships as the company continues its international growth.
