Anand Rathi Insurance Brokers Ltd has appointed Prachee Kamat as Vice President – Legal & Compliance, marking a significant addition to its leadership team. With nearly two decades of experience in Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management across the insurance and financial services sectors, Prachee brings deep expertise in governance frameworks, corporate compliance, and regulatory strategy.

In her new role, she will spearhead governance and compliance initiatives to ensure ethical excellence and transparency across Anand Rathi’s growing operations.

Before joining Anand Rathi, Prachee served as Vice President – Secretarial & Compliance at HDFC ERGO General Insurance, where she enhanced the company’s compliance infrastructure. Her career also includes leadership roles at ICICI Lombard, IDBI Federal Life (now Ageas Federal Life), Tata AIA Life, and Legasis Services Pvt. Ltd.
