Veeam has appointed Piero Gallucci as Vice President for the UK & Ireland, strengthening its leadership as the company accelerates growth across data resilience, security, and AI-driven solutions. In this role, Gallucci will lead regional sales strategy, expand partner ecosystems, and deepen customer engagement across the UK and Ireland.

Gallucci brings over 25 years of global sales and leadership experience, with a strong track record of building high-performing teams and driving enterprise-scale transformation. Prior to joining Veeam, he held senior leadership roles at NetApp, VMware Tanzu, Docker, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Intel, Unisys, and Fujitsu, leading regional and global sales initiatives across EMEA and APAC.

His expertise spans Challenger Selling, MEDDIC and MEDDPICC methodologies, complex contract negotiations, and change management across industries including financial services, telecom, pharma, and government.

His appointment comes at a pivotal time as Veeam continues to redefine data resilience and accelerate AI-led innovation.
