In her new role, Kavitha will work with customers, C-suite executives and leadership teams on risk advisory, AI security, security engineering and digital transformation. Her focus will include helping organisations navigate emerging technology risks while identifying opportunities linked to AI adoption.
Kavitha brings more than two decades of experience across cybersecurity, data privacy, risk management and digital transformation.
Before joining Persistent Systems, she spent over four years at Tata Consultancy Services, serving as Program Director for Cybersecurity and Data Privacy and Global Head of Cyber Risk & Data Privacy for BFSI. Earlier, she was Vice President and Head of Cybersecurity at GAVS Technologies and Associate Director and Head of Cyber Security Resilience at AstraZeneca.
She began her career at Bank of America, building expertise in cyber risk, governance, risk and compliance, and security governance.
