PayU has announced the appointment of Diksha Kumari as Lead HR Business Partner - Tech HR, strengthening its people leadership as it scales technology and product teams in a fast-growing fintech environment. In this role, Diksha will partner closely with technology leadership to drive people strategy, talent scalability, and organizational effectiveness, supporting PayU’s mission to build inclusive and borderless financial services.

Prior to joining PayU, Diksha served as Senior Manager HRBP at Xebia, where she supported high-growth engineering teams and transformation initiatives. She has also held key HR leadership roles at Attra (a Synechron company) and Ness Digital Engineering, contributing to the development of agile, high-performance cultures. Earlier in her career, she worked with redBus, Oracle India Pvt. Ltd., and Outsource Partners International (EXL), gaining strong exposure to global operations, technology ecosystems, and HR operations.

Her diverse experience positions her well to enable people-led growth and leadership capability across PayU’s technology organization.
