Pankaj Mittal has been appointed as Group CHRO at Integris Medtech, bringing extensive experience in strategic human resources leadership, business transformation and workforce strategy. Before this appointment, he served as Fractional CHRO & HR Strategy Advisor at Translumina Therapeutics, following a leadership role as Fractional CHRO & Strategic HR Advisor in the auto ancillary sector. He also spent more than a decade with American Tower, most recently as SVP & CHRO APAC | HR Advisor.
In his new role, he will lead Group HR for Integris Medtech, a MedTech platform spanning cardiovascular solutions through Translumina Therapeutics and laboratory solutions through Everlife Asia. His mandate includes business and workforce transformation, talent upskilling and building future-ready organizational capabilities across the group’s global operations. At American Tower, he led workforce strategy, M&A integration, organization transformation, GCC development, HR digitization and AI adoption across APAC. Earlier, as HR Director – South Asia at G4S, he led HR across India, Bangladesh and Nepal.
