Kärcher India has announced the appointment of Pankaj Mehta as Head – Retail Sales Business, effective July 2025. With over two decades of experience in sales, marketing, category management, and digital transformation, Pankaj will lead Kärcher India’s retail strategy, strengthen its go-to-market approach, enhance customer engagement, and drive innovation in one of India’s fastest-growing markets. This strategic appointment aligns with Kärcher India’s ambition to expand its presence and reinforce its leadership in cleaning technology solutions.

Prior to joining Kärcher India, Pankaj served over 11 years at JK Files India Limited, a Raymond Limited subsidiary, where he led P&L management, business expansion, brand building, and digital transformation. He also oversaw marketing and product strategy across power tools, hand tools, and accessories. Earlier, he held senior roles at Tata Teleservices and HCL Infosystems Ltd., driving brand launches, channel strategies, and digital marketing initiatives.
