BDO India has announced the appointment of Ayush Khanna as Director of Growth for its Managed Services division, focusing on Finance & Accounting (F&A) and Procurement. Based in Gurugram, Ayush will lead growth initiatives, develop strategic partnerships, and drive scalable business outcomes for BDO’s Managed Services clients across India.

Ayush joins BDO from MYND Integrated Solutions, where he served as Vice President, leading sales and business development for the Enterprise F&A division. A seasoned sales leader with 14 years of experience in Managed Services and SaaS, Ayush has partnered with CEOs and CFOs across industries including Retail, E-commerce, Manufacturing, Telecom, Healthcare, Hospitality/QSR, and CPG, helping organizations reimagine finance operations through a consultative and solution-oriented approach.

Over his career, Ayush has led high-performance teams, built trusted client relationships, and overseen growth strategies that deliver measurable business impact. In his new role, he will continue to focus on customer-centric growth, operational excellence, and strategic market expansion for BDO’s Managed Services business.
