PI Industries Ltd. has appointed Kamali Rajesh as its Global Chief People Officer, based in Dubai, reinforcing the company’s commitment to building a future-ready workforce aligned with its global growth and innovation ambitions.

With nearly three decades of international human resources leadership, Rajesh brings deep expertise in talent strategy, leadership development, organisational transformation, and culture building across sectors including agrisciences, automotive, manufacturing, and consumer goods. She is widely regarded for designing scalable people systems and strengthening leadership pipelines across complex, multi-geography organisations.

Prior to joining PI Industries, Rajesh spent over eight years at Syngenta, where she held several senior leadership roles, including Global Head – People and Organisation Development, Head of Human Resources, APAC, and Head – HR, ASEAN. During her tenure, she led enterprise-wide talent, capability, and organisation development initiatives across diverse markets.

Earlier in her career, she held key HR leadership positions at Ford Motor Company across Asia Pacific and Africa, and built strong functional foundations through her stints at PepsiCo and Vibormech Engineering.

At PI Industries, Rajesh will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s global people strategy, leadership capability agenda, and cultural transformation, supporting its innovation-led growth across agrisciences and fine chemicals.
