Naxatra Labs has appointed Vijay Nair as Head – HR & Administration, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, reinforcing its leadership team as the organization continues to scale its operations. In his new role, Vijay will oversee human resources, administration, compliance, facilities, vendor management, and operational governance, playing a key role in strengthening people practices and administrative frameworks aligned with the company’s growth strategy.

Vijay brings extensive experience across HR, administration, and institutional operations. Prior to joining Naxatra Labs, he spent over eight years at iCreate - International Centre for Entrepreneurship and Technology as Head HR and Administration, where he managed campus operations, budgeting, statutory compliance, asset management, and new campus development initiatives.

His earlier career includes leadership roles at the Centre for Organization Development, consulting assignments with multiple educational institutions, operational responsibilities at BONNIE FOI Group of Educations, and entrepreneurial exposure with Lupin. This diverse, cross-sector background equips Vijay with a holistic perspective to support Naxatra Labs’ evolving business and operational needs.
