Avis India has appointed Mandeep Singh as Chief Operating Officer - Lease, based in Gurugram, strengthening its leadership team as the company accelerates the expansion of its leasing business. In his new role, Mandeep will lead the strategic and operational growth of the lease portfolio, with a focus on operational efficiency, revenue expansion, and enhanced customer experience aligned with evolving enterprise mobility needs.

Mandeep brings extensive leadership experience across automotive, mobility, and financial services. Prior to joining Avis India, he served as Dealer Principal - General Motors & Subaru at OTE Group in Oman, where he oversaw the Chevrolet and Cadillac brands, leading sales, aftersales, marketing, and P&L strategy. He also played a key role in business diversification initiatives spanning renewables, EV charging, solar energy, and used-car operations.

Earlier in his career, Mandeep held senior leadership roles at BMW Motors India, including General Manager – Sales, Head – Corporate and Special Sales, and Head – Network and Strategy Planning. His professional journey also includes assignments with Porsche Cars GB Ltd India, Allianz Partners India, GE Capital, and GE, building deep expertise in OEM operations, network development, and mobility solutions.
