Napino Auto & Electronics Ltd has appointed Uttam Aggarwal as Group Chief Information Officer, effective October 2026. In his new role, he will lead the group’s IT strategy and technology operations, supporting digital transformation across the organisation.
Uttam brings more than 25 years of experience across information technology, IT strategy, enterprise systems and technology operations. Before returning to Napino Auto & Electronics, he served as Head of Information Technology at Willowood. Earlier, he held the role of Head of Information Technology at Napino and Head of Information Technology at Studds Accessories. He also served as Deputy General Manager IT at Videocon Consumer Durables and spent over seven years as Technical Project Manager at Sapient.
His experience across automotive electronics, manufacturing and enterprise technology is expected to support Napino’s digital transformation, IT roadmap and technology-driven business priorities.
