Nandini brings extensive experience in human resources leadership, organisational development, people and culture, and global HR business partnering. Her appointment reflects her expertise in building people strategies aligned with business objectives and supporting organisational growth across diverse markets.
Before taking on this role, Nandini served as EVP & GLOBAL HR HEAD at Strides. Prior to joining the pharmaceutical company, she was VICE PRESIDENT - PEOPLE AND CULTURE at RateGain, where she led the People & Culture charter for the APMEA region and corporate HR functions.
Her professional journey also includes over seven years at Wipro Limited, where she held senior HR leadership positions, including GLOBAL HR HEAD AND VICE PRESIDENT - HR for the Technology Business Unit. She has also held a leadership role at OnMobile Global Limited.
