BlueStone has elevated Visionary Leader Muskan Gupta to the role of Chief of Staff (CFO), a strategic leadership move aligned with the company’s growth ambitions and focus on strengthening financial governance. Based in Mumbai, Gupta will work closely with the CFO’s office, supporting strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and data-led decision-making as BlueStone continues to scale its operations.

A qualified Chartered Accountant, Gupta brings strong financial acumen and operational insight to her expanded responsibilities. She previously spent nearly six years at EY, where she most recently served as Senior Associate – Deal Advisory. During her tenure, she led due diligence assignments, financial analysis, and transaction support across multiple sectors, while also managing statutory audits under Ind AS, Indian GAAP, and US GAAP frameworks.

Her elevation reflects BlueStone’s emphasis on building leadership depth from within and nurturing high-potential talent to support long-term value creation. With her blend of advisory experience and financial rigor, Gupta is well-positioned to contribute meaningfully to BlueStone’s evolving finance strategy and organizational alignment during its next phase of growth.
