Dimple brings over two decades of experience across HR transformation, people strategy, organization design, talent management and HR operations. Before joining MetLife, she served as Head of Human Resources, Global Service Centers India and Group Functions GSC HTCs at HSBC. Earlier, she held senior HR leadership roles at HSBC, EY and Aon, along with positions at WNS Global Services and S&P Global Market Intelligence.
Her expertise in HR transformation, workforce planning, people analytics, leadership development and organizational change is expected to strengthen MGCC’s people strategy, employee experience and global capabilities.
