Bengaluru-based Mesa School of Business has raised Rs 110 crore in a Series A funding round co-led by Dharana Capital and existing investor Elevation Capital, valuing the company at Rs 385 crore post-money.
The funding comprises Rs 85 crore in equity and Rs 25 crore in venture debt from InnoVen Capital and Alteria Capital. The latest round follows a Rs 34 crore funding round led by Elevation Capital in 2023.
Founded by Ankit Agarwal and Varun Limaye, Mesa School of Business offers programmes focused on entrepreneurship, startup leadership and practical business skills. Its portfolio includes a one-year Post Graduate Programme in Startup Leadership, a four-year undergraduate programme in business and entrepreneurship, and Forge, a programme for fresh graduates.
The company will use the fresh capital to integrate artificial intelligence into its curriculum, launch new courses, strengthen its leadership team and expand partnerships with startups.
The investment will support Mesa’s efforts to scale its programmes and prepare students for business and leadership roles across India’s startup ecosystem.
