Prior to this appointment, Melissa spent nearly 13 years at Cactus Communications, where she progressed through multiple leadership roles from Senior Associate to Director, Global Talent Acquisition. In this journey, she played a pivotal role in designing and executing global hiring strategies for an AI-powered science communication organization, supporting teams across India, the UK, and other international markets. Her work has been instrumental in enabling business scale, strengthening employer branding, and building future-ready talent pipelines.
