AI services startup Aivar has raised $4.6 million in a Seed funding round led by Sorin Investments, with participation from Bessemer Venture Partners, marking a strong early vote of confidence in its AI-first services model. The fresh capital will be deployed to expand Aivar’s footprint across India, the United States, and the Middle East, while continuing investments in AI accelerators, senior talent, and global delivery capabilities.

Founded in 2024 by Kousik Rajendran, Praveen Jayakumar, Ashwin Ram Ravichandran, and Aadharsh Ayappan, Aivar is an AI-focused technology services company working with startups, technology-led firms, and enterprises to move AI initiatives from experimentation to production. The company operates as an end-to-end AI studio, offering strategy consulting, custom AI engineering, and managed AI operations. It also holds AWS validation and has built early productized accelerators across voice, data, and AI/ML workloads.

In less than a year, Aivar has onboarded 80+ customers and developed proprietary platforms such as Convogent AI, Velogent AI, and Kubogent AI, addressing key gaps in enterprise AI adoption through automation, scalability, and operational efficiency.
