Meenal Raje-Bhatt elevated to Director at Unilever, where she is leading the establishment of Global Sales Finance capabilities for the company’s businesses worldwide. Her mandate also includes reimagining Finance Operations through organization redesign, SAP S/4HANA transformation, process standardization and AI-first ways of working. She brings more than 11 years of experience with Unilever and Hindustan Unilever across financial reporting, controllership, sales finance, business partnering, exports finance and internal controls.
Previously, she served as Group Financial Accountant, HUL, leading a 40+ member finance organization responsible for financial reporting, Record-to-Report, statutory compliance, payroll accounting and funds management across Hindustan Unilever and 11 subsidiaries. She also led the finance workstream for the operational separation of HUL’s Ice Cream business and earlier managed finance for HUL’s Personal Care portfolio, exports business and sales finance. Before Unilever, she was an Associate in Digital Media and Technology at Avendus Capital, supporting transactions including Housing.com and FirstCry.com fundraising.
