Manish Bhardwaj has joined Emami Agrotech Limited as Senior Vice President (CHRO), bringing extensive experience across human resources, people strategy, organizational transformation, talent management and HR operations. Before joining Emami Agrotech, he served as Principal Consultant at The People Works, where he worked on HR strategy, SOP and policy governance, productivity benchmarking, HR audits, talent acquisition, HR digitalization, capability development and employee experience initiatives.
Earlier, he served as CHRO (Vice President) at Gland Pharma, overseeing People & Operations for more than 9,000 employees across 10 sites in India, France and Belgium. At Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, he held senior Group HR leadership roles covering talent management, talent acquisition, performance enablement and global people strategy across multiple international markets. His career also includes DGM-HR experience with Mitsubishi Electric India, where he worked across HR shared services, performance management, incentives, payroll, compliance and talent acquisition.
