Teva Pharmaceuticals has appointed Mateja Jurilj as Associate Director, Procurement Solutions, effective October 2026, recognising her extensive experience in global procurement operations, digital transformation and procurement technology.
Mateja has been with Teva Pharmaceuticals for more than 10 years, most recently serving as Senior Manager and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Solutions Lead. In that role, she managed global procurement systems and P2P processes, including SAP Ariba, SAP ECC and related integrations. She also supported digital transformation initiatives across sourcing, contracting, vendor onboarding and operational procurement.
Her expertise includes implementing AI and automation use cases to strengthen compliance, improve data quality and enhance operational efficiency. She has also collaborated with IT, Compliance, Finance and global procurement teams to establish governance frameworks, standardise processes and deliver scalable solutions.
In her expanded role, Mateja will leverage her procurement technology and transformation experience to support efficient, compliant and technology-enabled global procurement operations at Teva Pharmaceuticals.
