Zurich Insurance has appointed Deepak Taduru as Head of Talent Acquisition, effective October 2026. He brings extensive experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, executive hiring and recruitment leadership across financial services, technology and professional services.
Before joining Zurich Insurance, Deepak served as Head of Talent Acquisition for Global Client Delivery Centers across India, the Philippines and Mauritius at IQ-EQ. In this role, he led talent acquisition operations supporting a workforce of approximately 2,200 employees across multiple service lines.
Previously, he spent more than six years at Northern Trust, including as Vice President – APAC Recruiting, where he led workforce planning initiatives, early talent programmes and recruitment strategies aligned with organisational goals. His earlier leadership experience includes serving as AVP and India Head of Talent Acquisition at DBS Technology, alongside recruitment management roles at Cognizant, HCLTech and Deloitte Consulting.
In his new role, Deepak will focus on strengthening talent acquisition capabilities, partnering with business leaders and developing recruitment strategies to support Zurich Insurance's growth.
