Mango Global Technologies has announced the appointment of Gaurav Rohella as Regional Director - APAC, bringing on board a seasoned leader with over 23 years of experience in driving business growth and building scalable operations.

Known for his result-driven leadership, Gaurav has a proven track record in managing P&L, establishing end-to-end business operations from the ground up, and executing growth strategies across IT and non-IT recruitment, staffing, and outsourcing. His expertise spans sales, business development, and delivery, with a strong focus on year-on-year revenue expansion.

Prior to joining Mango Global Technologies, Gaurav held senior leadership roles including Director at ManpowerGroup Malaysia, where he led operations for nearly three years, and Country Director at Nityo Infotech in Thailand for over five years. He has also contributed to growth at Varite Inc, Adapt Software IAP, and Ryatech Software.

With this appointment, Mango Global Technologies strengthens its APAC leadership team to accelerate expansion and enhance client partnerships across the region.
