Leadership
Parul brings extensive human resources leadership experience across engineering and technology-focused organisations. Before joining Lumax Industries, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Revolt Motors from June 2025 to October 2026. Earlier, she spent nearly 11 years at Marelli India Technical R&D Centre, where she led the human resources function from September 2014 to June 2025.
Her appointment is expected to support talent development, build leadership pipelines, strengthen collaboration across geographies and foster a culture of innovation. Her experience in HR leadership within technical and engineering environments will contribute to aligning workforce capabilities with the organisation’s global R&D priorities.
