Shaili brings over 25 years of experience in human resources leadership, talent management, organisational development and business transformation. Her career includes leadership roles at Bharti Airtel, Syngenta India and Telenor India. She has also worked with Sheela Foam, DCM Shriram, Matrix Laboratories and Sodexo India, developing expertise in leadership development, organisation design, change management, performance and rewards, and employer branding.
Her appointment adds extensive HR leadership experience to AGI Greenpac’s senior management team. Her background across diverse sectors provides relevant expertise in talent strategy, organisational effectiveness and workforce development as the company advances its business priorities.
